After hours, support is billed at 1.5 times normal hourly rate.

If you would like to take advantage of per minute billing increments, simply prepay for additional time. Over many service calls, this can save a lot of money. Let’s say you use 20 minutes of phone support. If you pay when service is complete, this time is charged as 30 minutes. If, however, you prepaid for 30 minutes, you would have 10 minutes remaining for future support.
Prepaid support time is credited immediately for longstanding customers.
Prepaid support time for new customers is credited when payment clears our bank.
